Italian flyer

Hi everybody,

for my job I have to go to Saint Florent sur Cher in June for 2-3 days.

I would be greatful if someone could suggest me the easiest way to arrive by airplane from Milan.

Moreover, is there any comfortable hotel in this town or in the neighbourhood?

Many many thanks for you help.

Ciao

You will have to fly to Paris. Alitalia and Air France are obvious options, but EasyJet flies from Linate (LIN) to Orly (ORY) and Meridiana flies from LIN to CDG. From Malpensa (MXP) you could also check Vueling to CDG.

Your best plan would probably be to fly to ORY and then rent a car to get to St. F-sur-C. If you do not want to do that you will have to get from the airport to central Paris to take a train. I do not think there are many direct trains and I%26#39;m guessing that it will probably take you at least 2.5-3 hours by train from Paris. It would probably take less time to drive from ORY, about the same from CDG.

Thanks a lot IrishRovr :-)

Flight from MIL Linate to Orly is my best option.

No problem with renting a car because someone will pick me up at the airport.

Any additional info about hotels in S.Flo. S. Cher or in Brouges?

Ciao
