Paris Cityrama concern

Yesterday I reserved online the combination Eiffel Tower dinner/Seine cruise with Cityrama and have yet to receive a response or confirmation. Is this unusual?

It can be, but usually you do firstly receive on screen confirmation that you can print out. It should have some kind of reference code or number. You may not receive your voucher until you go to their office and quote your reference number, for which they wlll exchange for the travel voucher.





I have only used Paris Vision, who do not provide very much in the way of correspondence and Viator who do provide a %26#39;voucher%26#39; .





If you feel that your transaction has not gone through, and you may need to wait on your credit card statement to verify this, you probably will need to rebook. If the transaction has gone through, I believe you will not have much of a problem when you reach Paris, if you visit the office of Cityrama and tell them what has happened, providing dates etc., and proof of payment. and identity.

I also booked a day trip with Cityrama yesterday and still have not recieved any e-mail response.During the booking process I printed the confirmation and credit card reciept.The process allowed me to print these 2 documents. I plan to visit their office a couple a days before just to re-confirm in person



I would not worry.but be sure to visit in person their office before your tour.

I tried to book the same tour last year on Cityrama with no luck..Cityrama is a partner with Gray Line Tours. Get on their web site, www.graylinetours.com and then select Paris and go from there. I had no problems, as they allow you to print an online voucher immediately.

I goofed! The website for Gray Line tours world wide is www.grayline.com, not what I previously stated. Sorry

I also e-mailed them and have gotten no response, however when i contacted my credit card company i found they had received my reservation request. I wonder what the problem is with not e-mailing me or sending me vouchers? I do a lot of computer ordering and never have problems.

Hi naturewoman, do not worry, just do what danl8619 says. I had a similar problem with Paris Vision, no real paperwork, two years ago and everything worked out just fine in the end. You will have to go to the Cityrama office to pick up your tour voucher. Preferably the day or days before the date of the tour you have booked. If you have paid, just take your proof of payment and identiry.

If you can, call them. I have had challenges with them replying in the past too, when I%26#39;ve brought friends or relatives who are visiting paris for the first time. We always do a tour with them- they are really nice in the office so give them a call and confirm that way. I think they are inundated and don%26#39;t have enough staff.
