Van Gogh's Auvers.

As an avid Van Gogh admirer on Thursday 3/29th I want to make a short stop at his resting place in Auvers -sur- Oise before I get to Paris from Mt. St. Michel.

After that I need to return my car at Hertz Place d%26#39; Italie wich is at the other end of the city.

Any advice on wich route to take from Auvers to Place d%26#39; Italie???

I don%26#39;t know the exact route, but I do know how to find it. ViaMichelin.com This is a great tool for anybody who travels the road in France. Auvers is really worth the detour, BTW.

You got the driving directions.

We went there last August. Walk the town, see the church. go to the cemetery but don%26#39;t bother to pay to see his empty death room! It is not worth it unless you are a really big fan ! Look at the painting so you can imagine the way it looked!

We thought it was so commericalized!
