Upon arrival from Charles de Gaulle airport

OK - after an 11 hour flight from LAX Los Angeles, what would be the best way to get to the city (in a hotel near the Opera Garnier)?

Taxi. limo, train, bus?

**Would a bus be advisable (I%26#39;m not carrying any heavy luggage).?
