One assumes that your are a party of three(3), each of whom wants their own, individual bed. Most usualy %26#39;..Family Rooms..%26#39; in Paris will be two(2) separate but adjoining rooms with a connecting companion door (sometimes 2 %26#39;Doubles%26#39; or 1 %26#39;Double%26#39; and a %26#39;Single%26#39;) So I think what you may be interested in is a %26#39;..Triple..%26#39; room....and for this, as often as not, the bed arrangement may be either one %26#39;double%26#39; bed and a second %26#39;single%26#39; bed...OR... three %26#39;singles%26#39; (where 2 have been pushed together to make-up a %26#39;double%26#39;) and a %26#39;single%26#39;. There%26#39;s usually really no tellin%26#39; from hotel room descriptions or Rate sheets.
For a small hotel that offers several connecting %26#39;..Family Rooms..%26#39; arranged with %26#39;single%26#39; beds (the only one I know of for a certainty)--
HÔTEL TROYON (2-star)--10 rue Troyon (btwn: Ave.Mac-Mahon %26amp; Ave.de Wagram) 75017, Metro %26amp; RER: Charles de Gaulle-Étoile--

And I%26#39;m %26#39;..pretty sure..%26#39; (memory is sometimes seive-like) that the %26#39;..Triple..%26#39; at the Grand Hôtel des Balcons is actually two(2) separate %26#39;singles%26#39;, pushed together and a 3rd separate %26#39;single%26#39;--
GRAND HÔTEL des BALCONS (2-star)--3 rue Casimir Delavigne (btwn: Pl. de l%26#39;Odéon %26amp; rue Monsieur Le Prince) 75006, Metro%26quot; Odéon--

Pretty obviously there are going to be any number of other Paris hotels which fit your criteria...but these are the ones I%26#39;m sure or (or at least reasonably so).
