What is the best way to travel from LeHarve to Paris? We will have 12 hrs. in this port. Any.all suggestions/recommendations appreciated.

I took the train to and from Paris Gare St Lazare on a visit to friends on a weekday, it took about 2 hours and the trains were fairly frequent (ie about one each hour). I checked sncf.fr site and it seems there are some that go through Rouen that take over 3 1/2 hours or even longer, so make sure you get direct trains. The day of the week will greatly affect frequency of trains too. What day do you arrive and about what time?

It is about 2 hours each way on the train.

Here is an interesting web site for a day tour of Paris or Normandy.

Does anyone know the approximate cost of the train from LeHarve to Paris? Is there bus or taxi service?

Depending on your date of travel you may be able to find discounted advance purchase non-refundable one-way PREMs fares as low as 15€ in second class, 25€ in first class. Full fare fully refundable second class tickets will cost ~30€, first class ~45€. You can research timetables and fares and buy tickets (up to 90 days ahead) at www.voyages-sncf.com. There is no useful bus service on this route. I suppose you could persuade a taxi to take you. I wouldn%26#39;t really have a clue how much it would cost for the ~400 km round-trip but if I had to guess I%26#39;d put a figure close to 500€ on it.
