Charles du Gaulle to Gare du Nord

Can you tell me how long the train ride is from CDG to Nord? We land in CDG at 10:10 a.m. and have a train from Nord to London at 1:01 p.m. Would we have time to make it?

The express train takes 30 minutes (no stops between CDG and GDN), the %26#39;stopping%26#39; train takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at GDN you need to go upstairs to the main concourse to catch your Eurostar train to London. I would allow 10 minutes to do this with luggage.

If your flight is on time, and formal arrival procedures don%26#39;t take too long you should be fine. You need to be on your way to GDN by 1145 at the latest as you have to be at Eurostar check in 30 minutes before departure.

It%26#39;s tight but if everything%26#39;s in your favour it%26#39;s do-able.

The actual RER ride itself is about 30 minutes. So if your flight lands on time, you will probably be out of immigration and have your bags by around 11:15 or so...I imagine you%26#39;d be on an RER by 11:45 (that%26#39;s probably too long, anyway)....You would probably make it to Nord by 12:30.

Thank you so much for the information. I am hopeful that everythng will run smoothly and we will make it. This is extremely helpful.

Normally I would recommend that you take the Express train for convenience. In this case however just take the first train, Express or Local. The difference between the Express and Local trains is only 4 minutes and the local train will get to GduN first if it leaves first.

Just so that there%26#39;s no confusion ALL RER %26#39;B%26#39; trains departing CDG will stop at Gare du Nord....so ANY train you board will get you there. If you make note of the time on your watch when the train departs the station and wait for 26-28 minutes....you should begin to get your %26#39;..act together..%26#39;, to get off at Gare du Nord in a few minutes.
