hotel near concord la fayette

Hi,

We are coming to paris this spring for a conference at Hotel Concord La Fayette. We would like to stay somewhere a bit smaller with more character but would also like to be close to where the conference is. Any suggestions?? Also would like to keep the price range similar about 240 euros per night. Thanks for any suggestions!!
