Excellent Service

I e-mailed The Hotel du Pantheon today to re-confirm my arrival reservation. I will be arriving in about 3 weeks. Within 25 minutes I recieved their response. Hows that for excellent customer service!



I e-mailed them back, thanking them for such a prompt response and within 20 minutes they responed,your welcome.



I guess I picked a great hotel for my April in Paris.
