montmartre walking

we have been to paris before,but never stayed in Montmartre area. falling love with how it looks. Is this area walkable or will there be a zillion steps and hills every night to tackle when going home to our apartment or is just by sacour? we love neighborhood walking

Montmartre is hilly and has steps but you can avoid them by taking a longer route.
