Wine Bars near the Eiffel Tower or 1st Arrond.

Hi again,

I have another question about Paris. Can anyone suggest nice wine bars near the Eiffel Tower?? I%26#39;ve been drinking wine for a bit now but my boyfriend is new to the sport. Is there any interesting/ modern/ romantic places around that we could go to later in the evening like 10-11pm to grab some snacks/desserts and good, not too expensive, wine??
